INDIVIDUAL Spotlight On :
Currently, a sophomore at Georgia State University, Ryan is working towards a degree in marketing from the College of Business. In addition to balancing college life, Ryan works a part time job as well as volunteers his time with a few organizations. From a young age he recognized through the example of his parents and grandparents the importance of giving back with your time and resources. Through his volunteering, Ryan has garnered a love for young people. He has been blessed to have an opportunity to read to elementary school age children, mentor to middle schoolers, and be apart of a camp that’s goal is to cultivate an appreciation for entrepreneurship among the ages of 10 to 13 years old. Ryan states “the most important thing I’ve learned is that, though I’m only 20 years old, it’s never too early to start connecting with the next generation.” Though Ryan stays pretty busy, in his spare time he likes a good pickup game of basketball, watching movies, listening to music, and hanging with friends.
