I am Byron Hailey, also known as Chef B', a recent graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, with a B.S. in Construction Management, a traveling chef, author, entrepreneur, and a North Carolina native; with roots stemming from the south. I first started my interest in cooking at the tender age of 10 years old, cooking in church , with my grandmother, and shadowing some of the best cooks in North Carolina, in my opinion.

My purpose is to share my gifts from the kitchen, teach those coming after me how to love the art of creating delicious meals. I have had many different opportunities with my former business,  Supreme Eats, LLC,  where my partner & I had the pleasure of cooking for the Student University Activities Board, Residence Hall Association, the Marketing & Engineering Departments, etc on North Carolina A&T State University's campus. Which allowed me to be able to create and launch my very own thriving private catering company in the Summer of 2021.
