A clear understanding of each client's unique financial situation and objectives is at the core of Shardea's disciplined advisory process. Then, in collaboration with Merrill Lynch and Bank of America specialists, she develops and manages a customized financial management strategy. Regular conversations and portfolio performance reviews deepen the relationship with her clients.

 

She has been in the financial services industry since 2008 and joined Merrill Lynch in 2018. Her focus is on developing strategies and providing advice for individuals, their families and their businesses by understanding their short- and long- term financial objectives. Her purpose is to help others define their goals, establish a wealth management strategy centered on their priorities and then help them to adjust their strategy, as needed, as the inevitable changes in life occur. Shardea is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate, holds Series 7, 65 and 63 FINRA registrations along with Health Life and Accident Insurance licenses.

 

She is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Originally from Detroit, MI, Shardea lives with her husband, Clinton Ages in Atlanta, Ga where they are active in their community. Shardea has served on the Board of The Community Foundation for Financial Literacy and Demanding Artistic Excellence, Theater Company. When Shardea is not working or volunteering in her community, she is spending time with family and friends.
