The Urban Oasis Development team includes Sims Real Estate Group (Sims REG), which launched in 2006 and is an award winning real estate company focused on building and renovating superior single-family homes within intown south/west Atlanta markets such as Westside, Historic Adair Park,  Historic West End, Westview and Oakland City. In both 2014 and 2015, Sims Real Estate Group was awarded Silver OBIE awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for its homes. We specialize in developing infill lots, which includes both major
renovations of older homes and new construction of homes.
